We've all seen those big glorious, beautiful ads of David Beckham sporting nothing but a pair of Armani briefs. Mr Armani hit it right when he thought of the soccer superstar to launch his new underwear line, it caught the world's attention in a second.

Now he's hoping the same formula will work again. Only this time, with the other Beckham. Victoria has been enlisted to be the face of Armani's new women intimates line, that will debut it's ads for spring/summer 09'

The steamy campaign is to be shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and is set to appear worldwide. I bet the pictures will be oozing sex appeal with headlines to follow about how Vic is too skinny or that she had this and that photoshopped. Isn't jealousy an awful thing? Whatever. She always looks good in everything.

Burberry is the 'hot' label of the moment in Hollywood. Recently opening their new store in Beverly Hills with a celebrity studded party to kick things off. Now everyone from Kate Hudson to Liv Tyler is splashed head to toe in the iconic English label. For those of you who don't know, Little Jenny Humphrey from Gossip Girl played by the tall and leggy Taylor Momsen, who recently signed a contract with IMG Models. (One of the world's biggest modeling agencies) At only 15, she is the youngest person the agency has ever signed. I have to say it's rather impressive.

She already looks the part, tall and wafer skinny with a very pretty face. Her modeling skills are put to the test in her first spread for Crash Magazine. Looking very advant-garde and eyebrows heavy. If I saw this in a magazine without any names, I wouldn't have know it was her!

facchinetti says ciao to valentino.

When i say ciao, i don't mean hello. I mean goodbye. The newly appointed creative directer of Valentino, Alessandra Facchinetti has just parted ways with the Italy fashion power house. Only after two disappointing seasons the replacement for retired founder Garavani Valentino, Facchinetti has been dismissed by the company via the press.
-"It was with deep regret that I learnt from the press that I would no longer be working with Valentino. This news came as a great surprise, since the company's top management has not yet seen fit to inform me of the above" / Alessandra Fecchinetti

Och. It was know that Facchinetti's views of Valentino did not see eye to eye with the fashion house. Garavani agreed with the move stating
-"There were thousands of dresses in archive she could have drawn inspiration from to create a Valentino product to keep up with the times."

Her replacements are Maria Grazia Chiuri & Pier Paolo Piccioli, the two designers worked for the house's accessories team both of which worked besides Valentino for more then 10 years. I can only imagine how awful this must be for Facchinetti, seeing this is the 2nd time this same situation has occurred for her. Dismissed at Gucci 3 years ago only to be replaced by Frida Giannini, who was also the head of accessories at the time. But to take over for a legend such as Valentino, expectations are extremely high, it takes alot of work to fill those custom made Italian loafers you know.

I am a huge Olsen fan. Their style is beyond fab and so simple, it's genius! Of course these pint sized billionaires have the cash and resources to make whatever look they;re going for to ooze high fashion. One of my favourite looks from the twins of late is MK attending a dinner in NYC honouring Diane Von Furstenberg.
